CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe that consistency is key to a successful transformation.  However, we also understand that sometimes  you may need to miss a Pilates session.  What is our CANCELLATION POLICY?

In General 

No Shows & Late Cancellations are charged at the normal rates.  PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE and GROUP CLASS Instruction cancellations are accepted up to 24-hours prior to start of class session.

Semi-Private Instruction

For Semi-Private Instruction, the clients are expected to coordinate as a "team".  Where a Semi-Private client late cancels, the session will proceed a scheduled for the remaining client. Where one client of a Semi-Private cannot attend, the other client may choose to attend and upgrade to the Private 1:1 session or find an alternate client to join them.  If this is not possible then both clients should cancel prior to the deadline (minimum of 24-hours advance notice).

Trio Group Instruction


Where one or two clients of a Trio cannot attend class, the other clients may choose to attend and upgrade to a Semi-Private or Private 1:1 session or find alternate client(s) to attend.  If this is not possible then all three clients should cancel prior to deadline (minimum of 24-hours advance notice)
